Merge branch 'js/asciidoctor-tweaks'

Adjust documentation to help AsciiDoctor render better while not
breaking the rendering done by AsciiDoc.

* js/asciidoctor-tweaks:
  asciidoctor: fix user-manual to be built by `asciidoctor`
  giteveryday: unbreak rendering with AsciiDoctor
