Merge branch 'master' into next

* master:
  gitk: Fix incorrect invocation of getmergediffline
  [PATCH] gitk: Fix searching for filenames in gitk
  count-delta: match get_delta_hdr_size() changes.
  check patch_delta bounds more carefully
