autoconf: fix NEEDS_SSL_WITH_CRYPTO
NEEDS_SSL_WITH_CRYPTO means you cannot just say "-lcrypto" to use SHA1 stuff, but need to say "-lcrypto -lssl". Signed-off-by: Junio C Hamano <junkio@cox.net>
