config doc: clarify "git config --path" example
Change the word "bla" to "section.variable"; "bla" is a placeholder for a variable name but it wasn't clear for everyone. While we're here, also reformat this sample command line to use monospace instead of italics, to better match the rest of the file. Use a space instead of a dash in "git config", as is common in the rest of Git's documentation. Reported-by: Robert P. J.
