Merge branch 'js/normalize-path-copy-ceil'

A pathname that begins with "//" or "\\" on Windows is special but
path normalization logic was unaware of it.

* js/normalize-path-copy-ceil:
  normalize_path_copy(): fix pushing to //server/share/dir on Windows
