Merge branch 'rs/patch-id-with-incomplete-line'
The patch-id computation did not ignore the "incomplete last line" marker like whitespaces. * rs/patch-id-with-incomplete-line: patch-id: ignore newline at end of file in diff_flush_patch_id()
