Merge branch 'km/bsd-sysctl'

We now detect number of CPUs on older BSD-derived systems.

* km/bsd-sysctl:
  thread-utils.c: detect CPU count on older BSD-like systems
  configure: support HAVE_BSD_SYSCTL option
