Merge branch 'mm/clean-doc-fix'

The documentation for "git clean" has been corrected; it mentioned
that .git/modules/* are removed by giving two "-f", which has never
been the case.

  Documentation/git-clean.txt: don't mention deletion of .git/modules/*
