Merge branch 'mh/fsck-reflog-entries'

"git fsck" used to ignore missing or invalid objects recorded in reflog.

* mh/fsck-reflog-entries:
  fsck: report errors if reflog entries point at invalid objects
  fsck_handle_reflog_sha1(): new function
