Merge branch 'pw/rebase-i-parse-fix'

Fixes to code that parses the todo file used in "rebase -i".

* pw/rebase-i-parse-fix:
  rebase -i: fix parsing of "fixup -C<commit>"
  rebase -i: match whole word in is_command()
