Merge branch 'maint'

* maint:
  t1002-read-tree-m-u-2way.sh: use 'git diff -U0' rather than 'diff -U0'
  adapt git-cvsserver manpage to dash-free syntax
  mailinfo: re-fix MIME multipart boundary parsing
