Merge branch 'ab/hooks'

"git rev-parse --git-path hooks/<hook>" learned to take
core.hooksPath configuration variable (introduced during 2.9 cycle)
into account.

* ab/hooks:
  rev-parse: respect core.hooksPath in --git-path
