Merge branch 'nd/connect-ssh-command-config'
A new configuration variable core.sshCommand has been added to specify what value for GIT_SSH_COMMAND to use per repository. * nd/connect-ssh-command-config: connect: read $GIT_SSH_COMMAND from config file
