Merge branch 'nd/worktree-add-lock'

Browse Source 
Allow to lock a worktree immediately after it's created. This helps
prevent a race between "git worktree add; git worktree lock" and
"git worktree prune".

* nd/worktree-add-lock:
  worktree add: add --lock option
