Merge branch 'ap/rebase-multiple-fixups'

Having multiple "fixup!" on a line in the rebase instruction sheet
did not work very well with "git rebase -i --autosquash".

  lib-rebase: style: use write_script, <<-\EOF
rebase -i: handle fixup! fixup! in --autosquash
