5ada3696f6 Documentation: exclude @pxref{[REMOTES]} from texinfo intermediate output 
We already had a hack to exclude @pxref{[URLS]} from the texi stream that
refers to nonexistent anchor.

This allows "make info" to produce gitman.info again.
