6ad6d3d36c Update README to reflect the hierarchical tree objects, 
and other newfangled things like merging.

Also, talk more about the actual operations, and give some
rough examples of what you can do.

4bb04f2190 Rename ".dircache" directory to ".git" 
I started out calling the tool "dircache". That's clearly moronic.
