Document the extensions.objectFormat config setting. Warn users not to
modify it themselves.

356aea6 ("doc: move extensions.worktreeConfig to the right place",
2018-11-14) moved the explanation of extension.worktreeConfig from
config.txt to technical/repository-version.txt. However, the former
still contains a reference to the removed paragraph. We could fix it
referencing the gitrepository-layout man page, which contains the moved
explanation. But the git-worktree man page has additional information
and recommendations for the worktree config file, so let's reference it
instead.

Commit 1925fe0c8a ("Documentation: wrap config listings in "----"",
2019-09-07) wrapped this fairly large block of example config directives
in "----". The closing "----" ended up a few lines too early though.
Make sure to include the trailing "IncludeIf.onbranch:..." example, too.

Even though there is only one configuration variable in the
namespace, it is not quite right to have tar.umask described
among the variables for tag.* namespace.

These colors are the bright variants of the 3-bit colors. Instead of
30-37 range for the foreground and 40-47 range for the background,
they live in 90-97 and 100-107 range, respectively.

The indented lines in these example config-file listings are indented
differently by AsciiDoc and Asciidoctor.
Fix this by marking the example config-files as code listings by
wrapping them in "----". Because this gives us some extra indentation,
we can remove the one that we have been carrying explicitly. That is,
drop the first tab of indentation on each line.
With AsciiDoc, this results in identical rendering before and after this
commit. Asciidoctor now renders this the same as AsciiDoc does.
git-config.txt pretty consistently uses twelve dashes rather than the
minimum four to spell "----". Let's stick to the file-local convention
there.

The feature.manyFiles setting is suitable for repos with many
files in the working directory. By setting index.version=4 and
core.untrackedCache=true, commands such as 'git status' should
improve.
While adding this setting, modify the index version precedence
tests to check how this setting overrides the default for
index.version is unset.

Currently, if a user wishes to have individual settings per branch, they
are required to manually keep track of the settings in their head and
manually set the options on the command-line or change the config at
each branch.
Teach config the "onbranch:" includeIf condition so that it can
conditionally include configuration files if the branch that is checked
out in the current worktree matches the pattern given.

All config extensions are described in technical/repository-version.txt.
I made a mistake of adding it in config.txt instead. This patch moves
it back to where it belongs.
Since repository-version.txt is not part of officially generated
documents (it's not even part of DOC_HTML target), it's only visible
to developers who read plain .txt files. Let's include it in
gitrepository-layout.5 for more visibility. Some minor asciidoc fixes
are required in repository-version.txt to make this happen.

A fourth class of configuration files (in addition to the
traditional "system wide", "per user in the $HOME directory" and
"per repository in the $GIT_DIR/config") has been introduced so
that different worktrees that share the same repository (hence the
same $GIT_DIR/config file) can use different customization.
