Junio C Hamano 81e50eabf0 [PATCH] The diff-raw format updates.
Update the diff-raw format as Linus and I discussed, except that
it does not use sequence of underscore '_' letters to express
nonexistence. All '0' mode is used for that purpose instead.

The new diff-raw format can express rename/copy, and the earlier
restriction that -M and -C _must_ be used with the patch format
output is no longer necessary. The patch makes -M and -C flags
independent of -p flag, so you need to say git-whatchanged -M -p
to get the diff/patch format.

Updated are both documentations and tests.

git-diff-files(1)
=================
v0.1, May 2005
NAME
----
git-diff-files - Compares files in the working tree and the cache
SYNOPSIS
--------
'git-diff-files' [-p] [-q] [-r] [-z] [-M] [-C] [-R] [-S<string>] [<pattern>...]
DESCRIPTION
-----------

are specified, compares only those named paths. Otherwise all
entries in the cache are compared. The output format is the
same as "git-diff-cache" and "git-diff-tree".
OPTIONS
-------
-p::
generate patch (see section on generating patches).
-q::
Remain silent even on nonexisting files
-R::
Output diff in reverse.
-M::
Detect renames.
-C::
Detect copies as well as renames.
-S<string>::
Look for differences that contains the change in <string>.
-r::
This flag does not mean anything. It is there only to match
git-diff-tree. Unlike git-diff-tree, git-diff-files always looks
at all the subdirectories.
