Update German translation (glossary and final translation) with
recent additions, but also switch several terms from uncommon
translations back to English vocabulary.
This most prominently concerns "commit" (noun, verb), "repository",
"branch", and some more. These uncommon translations have been introduced
long ago and never been changed since. In fact, the whole German
translation here hasn't been touched for a long time. However, in German
literature and magazines, git-gui is regularly noted for its uncommon
choice of translated vocabulary. This somewhat distracts from the actual
benefits of this tool. So it is probably better to abandon the uncommon
translations and rather stick to the common English vocabulary in git
version control.

The user might not really know what hook is
actually meant if it's translated. To avoid such
a confusion we should consistently write it untranslated
within braces after.

"succeeded" was misspelled in the code, which propagated throughout the
translations.

Properly spell "successful" and slightly rewrite a couple of strings
that actually say the same thing in order to reduce translation work.
Update .pot and .po files accordingly since no new translation is
required.

The setup wizard looks better if we layout the progress bar as
two lines: the first line holds the message text and our text
formatting of the progress while the second line holds the bar
itself. Both extend the full width of the window and we try to
pad out the message text so the window doesn't expand when the
completed progress number jumps to the next order of magnitude.
This change required updating the progress meter format string
to allow the application to supply the precision. So we also
are updating all of the translations at once to use the newer
formatting string.
